What's in My Backpack: College Edition

Hey, guys! I hope your semester is going well. I am just finishing up with spring semester finals and starting to think about my upcoming summer semester. So I wanted to share what I carry in my backpack and what I consider my school day essentials. Enjoy!

• Backpack: Jansport Big Student Backpack

Back pocket (laptop pouch)

• Laptop: Macbook Air--I've had this same laptop throughout high school and it has lasted pretty well throughout the years. My college and my program allows students to use Macs so it is perfect for doing my schoolwork. 
• iPhone charger 
• Portable charger (Target)--Seriously such a good investment to buy this thing. I mainly use this on airplanes but it is good if you can't get to an outlet right away or don't have your charger. 
• Belkin headphone splitter

Main inside pocket: 

• 2 inch Binder (Target) 
• Five Star Notebook (Target)
• Textbooks 
• Lunchbox--For any snacks I bring along with me 

Small front zipper pocket: 

• Apple earbuds
• Kleenex travel pack of tissues
• Purell wipes 
• Bath and Body hand sanitizer 
• Mini Dove deodorant 
• Tynol 
• Band-aids
• Carmex lip balm 
• Colgate wisps mini toothbrushes--If I feel like I have food in my teeth or just need to freshen my breath, these are really nice since they don't require any water and have a pick on the end. 
• Peppermints
• USB drive 
• Extra gum
• Clear pack of earring backs--This is something many people not might think of but I tend to play with my earrings and end up losing a lot of earring backs. This is a good thing for me to always have on hand just in case. 
• Mini Eucerin skin calming lotion 
• Chapstick peppermint 
• Hall cough drops 
• Hair ties--I always forget to bring a hairtie for my chemistry lab so I try to always have one in my bag in case I forgot.  
• Nair clippers--You might not think you need a pair of nail clippers but the amount of times I rip my nail or get a bad hangnail in the middle of the day, these are a lifesaver. 

Large front zipper pouch:

• Pencil bag 
• Mini umbrella--In case I get caught in some rain. If rain is predicted I carry a larger umbrella and my raincoat. 
• Menstrual supplies 
• Calculator
